Requesting Oral Histories

Many oral history interviews at the UMD Archives are not available online, but are available by request. To listen to these materials, please contact us at libarchives@d.umn.edu or (218) 726-8526 to set up an appointment or to request digital files. Please be aware that some oral history recordings are fragile, and there may be a delay in providing access to them.

Transcripts for many interviews are available online even if the recordings are not. Click "On-line Images/Records" in the records below for any available transcripts.
