For most people, placing an ILL request is done easily through the library catalog. To check if we have access to an item by using the library catalog you can follow these steps:
TIP: Please scroll through the results list to see if what you're looking for is available at Kathryn A. Martin Library or through University of Minnesota Libraries Get It system. Some of the item records created by our library or the University of Minnesota campus libraries load slower and show up further down the results list because they are more complete than their ILL counterparts.

This system allows you to request eligible items from all campuses. This system also allows us to pull items from our own collections and place them on the hold shelf for you!
