Checking the Status of your ILL Requests

To check the status of your ILL request, please visit your Library Account. To find more detailed information about the expected time of arrival for your request follow these instructions: 

  1. Visit the Kathryn A. Martin Library's website and log in to your Library Account using the "My Library Account" link on the righthand side under the Libraries Search bar
  2. Navigate to the "Requests" tab 
  3. Choose which item you would like to know more about by clicking the expand arrow on the righthand side of the record
  4. A progress bar will indicate the status of the request 
    • "Requested" indicates that the item has been successfully sent out to partnering libraries 
    • "In process by lender" indicates that the lending library is attempting to fill the request
    • "Shipped" indicates that the lender has shipped the item physically or digitally
    • "Received" indicates that the physical item is ready for pickup, or that an access link has been sent to your email address

ILL Paperwork Notice

ILL items will be checked out to you with a paper band on them. This band has the item's barcode, your name, as well as other important information on it so please do not throw this away or tear it off the book. Returning ILL items without paperwork could result the item getting lost which may result in lost item fees being charged to your account.
