- How these materials are related to the history of Northeastern Minnesota and/or the University of Minnesota Duluth
- An estimate of the size of your offer. For example, one box of materials, 10 boxes, one item, one book, etc.)
- Formats included, for example, photographs, business records, film, maps, digital files, etc.
- Condition of the materials. For example, are they fragile or damaged? Do they have water damage, mildew or mold?
- How these materials came into your possession
- Does the potential donation include materials created by or about Native Americans?
- If the materials include potentially restricted / confidential materials such as medical records, student grades, social security numbers, drivers license numbers, bank account information, secure financial information, adoption records.
