Renewing UMD Library Materials

For your convenience, the Library provides three different ways for you to renew items borrowed from the UMD Library, including items requested through Get It! from other campus libraries.

1. In person at the Circulation desk

2. By calling 218-726-6120 during hours when the Library is open

3. By using the online renewal feature (this option currently available to UMD faculty, staff, and students only)

a. Connect to the UMD library homepage.

b. Click on My Account, and log in with your UMD internet ID and password.

c. Click on "checked out (renew items here)," and then follow the onscreen instructions.

If you have any difficulty renewing materials, please call the Circulation desk at 218-726-6120.

Interlibrary Loan Renewals

To request a renewal for interlibrary loan items, go to Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad), log in with your internet user name and password, and click "renewal" on the left.
